The vitamins that one should take on a daily basis varies greatly according to the daily nutritional habits that a person has, their age, their daily activities, their natural deficiencies, their daily stress level and the drugs that one takes, doctor prescribed or otherwise.
However a good guideline is to take Vitamin D, Vitamin C, Vitamin B12, Vitamin K and additional minerals such as magnesium, Calcium, Zinc and Iron. Vitamins and minerals will create numerous benefits for your body if taken in the right amounts and properly with food.
However taking too much of a particular vitamin or mineral can cause adverse effects to the body. In conclusion, please be certain of what your body needs, pay attention to your daily symptoms and listen to your body.
Consult your family physician before taking any vitamin or mineral to make sure it is safe for your particular condition.
